About Avanx
Operators, not consultants.
Avanx was founded on a simple observation: companies entering Europe don't fail for lack of strategy documents. They fail for lack of someone on the ground who picks up the phone, sits in the meeting, and follows up until the order is signed.
We are based in Poland - in the middle of the EU's fastest-growing region and its manufacturing heartland. From here, we've spent years building sales pipelines, negotiating distribution agreements and representing companies across European markets, in local languages and local business cultures. Our background is in running businesses, not advising them: we've built and sold, hired and negotiated, won markets and lost deals - which is why our engagements are measured in booked meetings and signed contracts, not in slide decks.
We work with a deliberately small number of clients at a time. Market entry done properly is intensive work - weekly outreach, constant follow-up, physical presence at fairs and customer sites - and we'd rather do it fully for a few companies than partially for many.
Why Central Europe as your entry point
Most non-EU companies default to Germany or France - the biggest, most saturated, most expensive markets to crack. Central and Eastern Europe offers a different path: a region of 100+ million consumers inside the EU single market, with faster decision cycles, lower entry costs, and buyers actively looking for alternatives to established Western suppliers. Prove your product here, build references and volume - then expand westward from a position of strength. It's the entry strategy we know best, because it's home.
Your offer is ready for Europe. Your pipeline isn’t.
You have the capacity, the certifications, the price point. What you don't have is a calendar of meetings with European buyers - and no amount of market research fills that gap.
Outreach from another continent doesn't get answered.
Emails from an unknown sender, in the wrong language, sent from eight time zones away - European buyers delete them without reading. It's not that your offer is weak. It's that nobody local is making the approach, so nobody on the other side has a reason to reply.
The right buyers are invisible from outside.
You can find company names in a database. You can't see who actually decides, what they buy today, and what would make them switch suppliers. European importers, distributors and B2B buyers work with people they know - and from Seoul, São Paulo or Bangalore, you're not one of them.
Trade show leads die without follow-up.
A stack of business cards from a fair is not a sales channel. Without someone on the ground calling, meeting and following up week after week, those conversations go cold - and you're left waiting for the next fair, hoping for a different result.
Strategy is where we start. Pipeline is what we deliver.
You have the capacity, the certifications, the price point. What you don't have is a calendar of meetings with European buyers - and no amount of market research fills that gap.

We turn meetings into a repeatable sales process. We manage follow-up, test demand and pricing, refine the sales model, and build a pipeline that generates consistent orders.
Sales Execution

Market Strategy
You don’t enter Europe - you enter one market, with one product for one segment. We define market, buyer, message and price before outreach, so every contact is targeted and relevant.

We turn targeting into qualified meetings. We identify the right buyers and decision-makers, approach them directly, and support the process through commercial conversations and negotiations.
Partner Access
What working with us actually looks like
Six steps, roughly 90 days from kickoff to real buyer conversations.
01: Diagnose
We assess your offer, sales readiness, existing traction, and EU goals - before deciding where and when to enter Europe.
02: GTM Base
We select the right market and segment, define your ICP, refine positioning and pricing, and map companies most likely to engage.
03: Pipeline Launch
We build target account lists, identify decision-makers, then launch outreach to prospects, distributors and partners.
04: Sales Execution
We manage replies, qualify opportunities, run meetings under your brand, follow up fast, and support commercial conversations through negotiation.
05: Market Validation
We track market feedback, objections, and pipeline data, then refine your offer, messaging, pricing, and sales approach.
06: Scale What Works
We turn what works into a repeatable sales pipeline, expand to EU markets, and build local presence or an EU entity when justified.
Most agencies stop where the hard part begins.
Most consultancies analyze the market, deliver a strategy document, and invoice. We do the analysis too - and then we build and run the sales pipeline that turns it into meetings, distributor agreements and recurring orders
You can measure our work in booked meetings and signed contracts, not in slides.
